Mystic Retreat was a free UO Shard administered by Thistle and Oddball. The forums have been overhauled to a WoW themed environment.
The website and forums are hosted (bluehost.com) on a server located in Utah. 15gb's of storage and 400gb's of transfer per month!! ahhh, life is sweet.
